Gas Hobs
A multi-ring simple Gas Hob is still widely used by chefs as they prefer the temperature control you get from this type of fuel. It will normally consist of four gas burners, although some may have an additional wok burner for stir-frying. A Gas Hob surface can be either made from enamel, stainless steel or, for a more modern finish, toughened ceramic glass.
