If you’re not fully satisfied with you new Home or Domestic Appliance from Dalzells don’t worry, we’re here to help. We offer a 14 Day Returns Policy based on the following conditions:
- If the Appliance is still in its original packaging and you simply change your mind then you can contact us within 7 days to discuss an exchange or a full refund.
- If the Appliance is still in its original packaging and you contact us after 7 days but within 14 days then we can offer you an exchange.
- If we deliver your new appliance and unpack it, check it over with you and discover that it has been damaged in some way then we’ll arrange replacement or repair based on the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
- If your Appliance has been used and is discovered to be faulty then it will be dealt with quickly under the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s specific warranty
