The Lacanche - 140cm Chaussin Modern Induction Range Cooker comprises two spacious main ovens which can be specified as gas, static electric or convection (fan). The Chaussin Modern also boasts a 20-litre electric oven/grill and a 79-litre simmer oven which warms plates, holds food and slow cooks. There is a five zone induction hob and additional space for an optional integrated hob element such as a chargrill, extra burners or a multi cooker.
