The Lacanche - 150cm Citeaux Classic Induction Range Cooker comes with two main ovens, a 79 litre simmer oven and a tall lefthand 65-litre convection (fan) oven and grill. The large oven can be specified as a gas, static electric or dual function electric oven and the simmer oven can as a 65-litre dual function static/convection electric oven & grill. The Citeaux Classic also comes with a 3 zone induction hob and space for two additional optional integrated hob elements such as a chargrill, extra burners or a multi cooker.
